EV Charger Questionnaire
Welcome to your EV Charger questionnaire, specifically designed for Allumia/Duke Residential Charger Prep Credit. This process takes 3-6 weeks to complete, and the timing in part depends on how quickly you are able to submit responses/approve your quote.
- Questionnaire Completion
- Questionnaire Evaluation by PPM – 2-5 business days
- Quote Uploaded to Allumia Portal – 5 business days
- Quote Approved by you – as soon as feasible
- Any out-of pocket portion of the installation cost is billed to you.
- Engineering – 5-7 business days
- Permitting – 5-7 business days
- Scheduling notification and date approval
- Installation – 1 day
- Inspection – 1-5 days
- Your portion of the payment must be paid upfront before any engineering or permit applications begin.
- Once the project has moved forward, gone through engineering and the permit has been applied for, if you choose to cancel, the permit fee on the signed quote and a $100 cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded via check.
