How much will it cost to have someone come out to inspect my solar system?
It costs $250 for our technician to come and inspect your solar system, and includes 1 hour of their time. Additional hours are billed at $90/hr if you elect for us to perform a repair while on site. Please submit the Service Repair form inquiry to secure your place in our schedule. A full service policy with pricing can be found here.
Is my solar system producing? I lost access to my online monitoring.
Typically, with older projects, a central inverter is accessible with an LED light showing the status. If the inverter is not showing any data on the screen or the red light is noted, your system will most likely not be fully operational. You can choose to have our experienced service technical pay a visit to inspect your project, and while on-site, they will be able to look at the internet connection status.
How much does it cost to remove my system to re-install and reinstall a new roof? Will this void my roof warranty or cause future leaks?
Please find more details on our remove/reinstall page.
I installed my system with PPM and lost monitoring access. Can you help?
Yes, please refer to our service policy for a free phone consultation and additional details.
My inverter is nearing its warranty expiration; should I replace it?
If the inverter is working properly, there is no need to replace your inverter preemptively. PPM strives to maintain a surplus of inverters to minimize wait times, and if we don’t have one on hand, we can usually find an equivalent inverter to pair with your system.
