Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the solar energy industry in a comparable role is required.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial solar technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management positions.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate ideas and engage clients.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in product management is an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of the renewable energy market, including competitive trends and customer needs.

 

Compensation:

 

Base Salary + Team-based Sales Commissions. $300k+ combined / year is expected for qualified candidates.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
