Solar Customer Advocate

PPM Solar is looking for a Solar Customer Advocate in Gainesville, Florida! The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Primary responsibilities:

1) Receive, log, and route all inbound calls. This will include providing updates to customers, finding answers and calling the customer back with the information, and logging all calls into CRM.

2) Follow up and remain a single point of contact support for all existing clients. This requires becoming familiar with all ongoing projects and each and every client, maintaining updates and expectations, and becoming the advocate for the clients and their experience.
3) Assure that there is a smooth flow of information from the client to the various departments, keeping the departments accountable and the client informed

Other duties include but are not limited to:

Post-appointment follow-up calls to prospects and post-sale greeting calls to welcome customers to the PPM Solar family
Providing ongoing expectations and updates during the entire solar installation project
Post-installation and post-energization survey calls to check in with customers and to build excitement

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service and/or sales
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
High School Diploma required, 2 yr college degree or higher preferred
Solar experience is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
