Scope:

Need to be familiar with a broad range of hand tools, power tools.

Become a part of solar installation crew sharing the following responsibilities:

Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware
Connecting solar mounting structure to roof
Assist in electrical wiring of all energy products
Work with warehouse team to pull materials for each installation
Job closeout document completion and reporting
Attend mandatory training and safety meetings
Maintain clean job sites
Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the process

Requirements: *

1 year of roof work, general construction (3+ years preferred)
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be able to climb ladders/stairs
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/background test
Must have basic tool kit with drills, impact and bits – specialty tools provided
Must be able to work well with others, and possess good verbal and written communication skills
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision available after 90 days.
